If you have registered your domain name then you will have to have access to log into your account and transfer the DNS to our server before it becomes live on the internet.

If you are transferring from another server you are going to want to back up all files. Please be aware that you may not be able to back up eMail (especially if you are using server based IMAP or an Exchange server.

If you are using Exchange or another external eMail server, we will need to know your mx record (IP address) in advance. Please call or Contact Us with additional questions.
